Transforming Financial Planning Professionals

AdviserQuest offers a variety of workshops and seminars both online and face-to face supporting your transformation in becoming a true financial planning professional, one who is highly evolved with 'people' skills as well as an expert in the technical. We recommend that you utilise our programs as complementary to your technical continuing professional development as an adviser.

We invite you to explore what we have to offer to individual advisers, dealer groups, educators and industry bodies who are looking to build new foundations for adviser education, finally bridging the gap between advisers’ technical and
client engagement skills that are so crucial in any adviser’s development as a true professional.

AdviserQuest provides two pathways to assist the forward thinking financial advisers in our industry become true professionals and to raise our industry standards.

The Adviser Finishing School Program has been created specifically for newcomers to the industry and is focused on the ‘human’ component of the financial planning process; while the Adviser Leadership & Coaching Academy is designed for the more experienced advisers and adds a new dimension to the financial planning process and quality advice.

Public Workshops and  Seminars

Our public workshops and seminars provide cost-effective, hands on learning solutions for individual advisers, smaller practices and larger dealer groups looking to outsource their adviser training to gain a fresh perspective. Advisers brand new to financial planning who run an independent practice and may not have the support of a licensee or dealer group find it beneficial to attend the workshops with other advisers from within the industry, thus cost-effectively up skilling themselves and having exposure to meeting others in their own industry.

AdviserQuest's workshops offer individual advisers the opportunity to gain the same skills that other advisers from larger dealer groups may learn in formal in-house training programs. Individual advisers choose our public programs to share in benefits normally taught to large dealer groups in private, in-house sessions. And smaller practices know they will get the same quality of learning for one or two individual advisers at cost per head less than the cost of a full workshop. Many practices now book teams of advisers in our public workshops to add specific financial planning skill sets in client engagement, not taught through traditional financial planning studies such as DFS or ADFS.

AdviserQuest workshops and seminars cover the full range of skills necessary in the financial planning client engagement processes, including generating client referrals, pre-first appointment meeting preparation, first appointment presentation, SOA presentation, Conducting client reviews, client conversion strategies, adviser motivation and mindset and adviser platform presentation skills. This full range is available by clicking below, or check out our Events Calendar for what’s coming up.
