AdviserQuest Pty Ltd Refund Policy
- AdviserQuest Pty Ltd has a 100% Money Back 30 Day Guarantee from date of purchase. After this time and subject to any statutory rights of the customer, AdviserQuest Pty Ltd will not provide any refunds or permit cancellation of the order and the full amount of the product price is payable as per the order form.
- Refund requests must be in writing and delivered to AdviserQuest Pty Ltd within 30 days from the date of purchase and can only be approved by AdviserQuest Pty Ltd.
- Any additional guarantees or refund commitments provided by the Speaker are the sole responsibility of the Speaker and should be addressed directly to the Speaker.
- Where a physical product has been issued, AdviserQuest Pty Ltd will provide a refund only if the product has been returned in satisfactory condition to the Speaker within 30 days from the date of purchase.
