How to Enrol

Acceptance into the program is by application only

Acceptance into the Adviser Finishing School program is by application only. You have a choice of 3 semesters per year to enrol in. We take pride in ensuring that the right mix of advisers are accepted into the program as we want to provide the best dynamics and create the best environment for learning. We are looking for motivated, forward thinking advisers who are open to learning styles and methodologies that are non traditional and explore both the personal and professional side of financial planning. 

Adviser Finishing School applicants need not be experienced advisers or technically advanced, but need to have worked in the financial planning industry for a minimum of 6 months and demonstrate that they are ready to put in the work necessary to reach their potential and transform into true professionals. Applicants need to be highly motivated and want to change and improve on their own accord. We are looking for advisers that want to go beyond 'selling' products and services, who are focused on the client relationship as their foundations of financial planning.As The Adviser Finishing School Program does not aim to ‘spoon feed' advisers but is looking for self motivated, self driven individuals that want to get the cutting edge education that is highly specialized and sought after. You need to be open to learning new ways and approaches, and have an open mind.

The initial application consists of completing an online application form and a face to face interview with an AdviserQuest coach.
