How to Enrol


Entry requirements:
Applicants must be PS146 compliant and have had a minimum of 3 years experience in the  financial planning industry. Acceptance into the program is by application only. The initial  application consists of completing an application form and a face to face interview with an  AdviserQuest coach.

Program Module Description


Level 1- EXPLORE: Foundations of Client Engagement


The Foundations of Client Engagement is the first level and gateway to  the Adviser Leadership and Coaching Academy’s program. This 3 day  introduction gives you the foundation tools and skills required to  understand your clients’ psychology and allow you to builds a solid basis  for communication and client engagement.

Level 2- MOTIVATE: Foundations of Financial Coaching Certification


This week long training takes the skills modelled from masters of  accelerated human change and transformation and delivers them to you  in a step by step, simple yet in depth process. This module will assist you  to eliminate your clients self doubts, blockages and frustrations and assist  them to uncover their core self and to discover their values, goals and  objectives and to put in place solid action plans to implement them. You  will learn how to tap into and understand the power of the subconscious  mind to empower your clients and help them break through behavioural  patterns and achieve their desired results much faster through a truly  holistic process of financial planning.
Also includes a 12 audio CD set complementing your learning tools and  resource manual to support your professional development.

Level 3-INSPIRE: Advanced Financial Coaching Certification


This next level of coaching and leadership training is a must for any  adviser wanting to have more in depth success with high net worth clients  and clients who are business owners. This week long program goes  deeper into uncovering personal values, attitudes and programs that are  a source of motivation and determine exactly what people get in life.
It is about recognizing and assisting clients to change their deep ingrained  patterns that are holding them back in achieving substantial wealth  creation. The tools you will learn about in this module apply equally to  business and individuals.

Level 4-TRANSFORM: Adviser Presentation and Platform Skills


You will walk away from this 1 week intensive training with extraordinary  communication skills to inspire, motivate and influence your clients in large or small  groups. You will gain the confidence of a brilliant public speaker and communicator,  and wipe out performance anxiety for good. You will know exactly how to create  rapport when presenting to groups of 10- 1000 people and be able to enchant and  entrance your audience with your presentations. You will learn how to handle difficult  questions, objections and heckling from your audience. You will walk away with tools  that you can use over and over again to design and present presentations that are  unforgettable and have impact.
